Songs Lew Dite taught me to love

Recently, my Dad contacted Lew Dite, the nom de plume of John Parsons on YouTube. Lew Dite sings hundreds of folk songs from the last 2 centuries and I love to listen to them and sing them on my own. Last week, Lew Dite sent me CDs of his music and now I can't get enough of those, too. Here are some videos of me singing some of Lew Dite's music both a cappella and accompanied by my guitar strumming.

Sam vs Nam

My brother Sam can't do too much.  Before he was born, mom told me he wouldn't be able to talk, walk or eat food.  I told her there was a baby in my belly, but she's a sister.  She can talk, walk, eat food and use the potty.  Her name is Nam.

Before Sam was born, my mom told me she'd be going to the hospital for a couple of days and she'd come home with a baby.
Josh: No, just you come home.
Mom: What should I do with the baby?
Josh: Leave him there.
Mom: Who will take care of him?
Josh: Nobody
